Want to to feel deeply connected to yourself? release some stress, anxiety, tension, experience emotional balance, full body exhale and feel good? then I hope to see you there.

Join me for a wonderful Guided Group Meditation with a theme of focus, followed by journalling process, EFT Tapping, and then Meditation / Visualisation to Feel Good.

 This Guided Meditation / Visualisation will increase your well-being, creativity and inspiration. Before we begin the Meditation you will journal about; how do you want to feel, what you want to see and experience in the month of September. Everything that you write  you will then use as visual imagery  in your  Meditation. With my guidance I will help you to create a compelling movie in your mind that will not only feel great, but it will inspire you.

I’m going to be using a neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) which will help you create a colourful, rich and compelling experience but also NLP helps to switch into relaxation a lot faster.
