Virtual Group EFT & Qoya Movement – Ego Work

In this session, we will work on the negative part of ourselves, the false persona which is our ego, that likes to create our reality. The ego is designed to keep us small and protected. The story is often an illusion created by the ego. Whatever story has been playing out in your mind, that has been so difficult to deal with and detach from. In this session you will experience; the liberation, understanding and feeling of what your heart is truly calling in rather than getting blinded by the ego’s false story. So let’s tap together and get connected with the truth.

We will finish the session with the Qoya movement, which is gentle and so healing but also very empowering.

You will need a quiet space and headphones.
