Virtual Group Breathwork for Grief
Breathwork is designed to get you out of your analytical thinking mind and into the body where you feel everything deeply. This is an active Pranayama Breathwork and it allows you to dive deep within yourself to clear blockages, stuck emotions, and empower your being. This session will focus on softening the hard edges of grief so that you can breathe easier. You will need a quiet space and headphones.
