Virtual Group Breathwork & EFT – Share Your Gifts

In this session, we will tap into your unique gifts. We will combine these two modalities Breathwork & EFT tapping. We will tap on the confusion you may feel that you don’t have clarity about what your gifts are or perhaps you know what your gifts are, but you are feeling scared to pursue them. We will tap on the fear you have of being successful, fear of failure, fear of not being good enough and so much more… We will dive in with love, gentleness and compassion. After EFT you will feel inspired and less scared to move forward with what you love.

Then you will experience the power of breath which will inspire you even more and motivate you to take radical actions.
You will need a quiet space and headphones.
