ONLINE WORKSHOP FOR TEENS!

Emotional Skills Lab for Teens! 

This workshop is designed for children age 13-18 years old.

Have you noticed your Teens experience;

 

Emotional outbursts over small issues?

✅ Shutting down or withdrawing saying ” I don’t care”

✅ Stepping away from things they once loved? sports, clubs, or hobbies?

✅ Stress or anxiety before school, tests, or social events?

 

This isn’t just a phase. It can be a sign that they’re struggling because thet don’t know how to Emotionally Regulate. 

Schools are trying their best, but the curriculum still doesn’t give our teens the emotional or mental fitness tools they truly need to manage the noise in their minds.

That’s why I’m so passionate about sharing simple, proven techniques that make their everyday lives feel lighter, calmer and easier to handle.

This workshop gives teens a safe, calm and fun space to learn something completely new about their MIND and HOW to Regulate! 

They will come away with tangible skills to ease stress, lower the anxiety and feel like they have more control over their response and behaviour. 

When our children learn how to manage pressure and navigate their emotions more effectively, everything from friendships to schoolwork starts to feel more manageable. And that’s exactly what I want for them and I’m sure you do too! 

At the end of the workshop, every participant will receive a handout with step-by-step instructions so they can practice the skills at home.

We’ll explore powerful methods including:

EFT Tapping – A super simple, almost magical method to shake off stress, worries, tension and anxiety so you can feel calmer really fast.

Breathwork – Quick, easy breathing techniques that help you reset your mood, boost your energy, and clear out negative thoughts.

Mind Hacks (Anchoring & Visualisation) Cool ways to train your brain and body to focus better, feel more confident, and get the results you want. (I’ve got a Special guest Carmen Macdougall.) 

 

A few helpful things to know:

✅ Parents are welcome to join the workshop! 

✅ During the workshop we’ll have short movement breaks to release energy and support focus.

✅ Cameras can be turned off and there’s no pressure to speak, teens can participate in whatever way feels right for them.

Hi I’m Silvia.
I’m a Health & Wellbeing Facilitator specialising in Emotional Regulation with 10 years of experience. I help adults and young teenagers turn anxiety, pressure, low self esteem and overwhelm into balance, energy, confidence and peak performance. I do this through practical, evidence based tools and techniques. For the past four years, I’ve been delivering Wellbeing Workshops at Rugby School as part of the Festival On The Close. Feedback from students, chaperones and teachers has been consistently positive. Many students have said how useful these wellbeing tools are in their daily routines.
