Emotional Skills Lab for Teens!
This workshop is designed for children age 13-18 years old.
Have you noticed your Teens experience;

✅ Stepping away from things they once loved? sports, clubs, or hobbies?
✅ Stress or anxiety before school, tests, or social events?
This isn’t just a phase. It can be a sign that they’re struggling because thet don’t know how to Emotionally Regulate.
Schools are trying their best, but the curriculum still doesn’t give our teens the emotional or mental fitness tools they truly need to manage the noise in their minds.
That’s why I’m so passionate about sharing simple, proven techniques that make their everyday lives feel lighter, calmer and easier to handle.
This workshop gives teens a safe, calm and fun space to learn something completely new about their MIND and HOW to Regulate!
They will come away with tangible skills to ease stress, lower the anxiety and feel like they have more control over their response and behaviour.
When our children learn how to manage pressure and navigate their emotions more effectively, everything from friendships to schoolwork starts to feel more manageable. And that’s exactly what I want for them and I’m sure you do too!
At the end of the workshop, every participant will receive a handout with step-by-step instructions so they can practice the skills at home.
