Being pregnant is so exciting but it can also feel draining and filled with unknowns from how your body will look and feel to the baby’s health etc.. Pregnancy is a time when your body is changing really quickly and all those changes can cause a lot of anxiety. In this EFT tapping session we will be releasing anxiety, overwhelm, fear around all the unknowns that surround pregnancy, as well as any tension and discomfort you might be experiencing. Tapping will also help you to relieve discomfort such as cramps and sharp pains.
There’s always a sense of safety, trust and connection when you first enter the room whether you’re new to this or not. EFT Tapping is practical, gentle but very effective practice. It will help to soften your muscles, calm your central nervous system and bring you back to balance.
EFT Tapping is proven to reduce cortisol and adrenaline and it’s safe to practise at any stage of pregnancy.
This session is suitable if you are already pregnant, post pregnancy, trying to get pregnant, or thinking about it. We will put all of those pregnancy fears to rest.
