ONLINE EFT & Guided Meditation & Reiki Distant Healing

I am super excited for you to join me for this online session in the comfort of your home. We are all experiancing very tough time at the moment. We can all feel the anxiety and fear rising up, the uncertainity is so scary for many of us. Now more than ever is important to deepen our spirituality and really look after our mental health.
If you are joining via mobile or your laptop / PC you will need to download the Zoom application beforehand.
The EFT Tapping is very powerfull, it allows process negative emotions such as anxiety, stress, worries, guilt, shame etc..in a very safe way. EFT lowers the cortisol and adrenalin that our body produces when we are in fight or flight mode. The brain then releases endorphins. The meditation is very healing. I think right now we are all ready for the transition and allowing deeper healing to take place.
